This year’s event will be a one-day event instead of two and will be held entirely outdoors. For the golfers, we will offer two tee times. Our morning tournament will be the ‘Chief Billy Smithwick Emergency Services Golf Classic’ and golfers will tee off at 8:00am for this ‘duffers’ tournament. Our afternoon tournament will be the ‘David Bowen Golf Classic’ and golfers will tee off at 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided for both the morning and afternoon golf teams. Each player will also be given a ticket for the pig pickin’ and auction on Wednesday evening.

On the evening of Wednesday, October 25th, we will hold our Reverse Raffle just as we have in years past but instead of heavy hor’dourves, we will have a pig pickin’. We plan to hold the live and silent auctions that night as well. Tickets will be required to attend the Wednesday night event. Each reverse raffle ticket will come with two dinner tickets for Wednesday night. Dinner tickets may be purchased separately as well. We will also have dinner tickets available on Wednesday night to purchase at the door. Masks are strongly encouraged while attending Grillin’ on the Green.

We understand that these changes could cause some confusion and ask that you contact us for more information or to answer any questions that you may have. We also ask that you follow our Facebook page and check our website for any updates or changes that may occur due to COVID-19. We are closely monitoring our community numbers and pray we are in a better place by October.
